This Privacy Policy explains how ExoAI Technologies, Inc. (“ExoAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the exopay waitlist website at myexopay.netlify.app (and any successor domains, including myexopay.com) (the “Site”).

1. Personal information we collect

Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, we collect the username you choose and either your email address or your phone number. If you contact us, we collect whatever information you include in your message (such as your name and contact details).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers on the Site.

2. How we use your personal information

• Operate the waitlist: reserve your username, verify your contact information, and keep a record of reservations.
• Communicate with you: send verification messages, launch notifications, updates about exopay, and respond to your requests.
• Protect the Service: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or automated signups.
• Comply with law: comply with applicable laws and lawful requests, and defend against legal claims.

3. How we disclose your personal information

• Service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate the Site, including our hosting and storage provider (Netlify) and our email delivery provider (Resend). They may only use it to provide their services to us.
• Authorities: we may disclose information to law enforcement or government authorities where required by law or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, as permitted by law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Your privacy choices

Marketing opt-out. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Service-related messages (such as verification emails) may still be sent while your reservation is active.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your information (which will also release your username reservation). If you live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as California, Virginia, or Colorado), you may have additional rights under that law, including the right to appeal a decision on your request. 5. Data retention

We keep waitlist information for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and notify you at launch, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including storing it with reputable hosting providers. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

7. Children's information

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (such as social media pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
